The two open parking lots ramp up on both longitudinal sides of the building contributing to the overall strong profile while allowing for program underneath. Unfortunately the doors were locked off season - no interior photos.

Exhibition of 24 built (or under construction) projects by RPBW - through models, drawings and videos - is a testament to Piano's interest in tectonics, detail and desire for lightness. Lightness reinforced by numerous detail models floating in the gallery space and a lightness at times manifested more successfully in model form than in reality. #renzopianofragments
PS1 Party Wall by CODA
Despite how playful it was I wish the PS1 pavilion was more exciting architecturally... The project has become more and more socially or ecologically driven over the past few years. This year's pavilion was clad with skateboard manufacturers' scraps! It's sheer scale was one of its more architectural traits.
